45th Parallel Home Inspection — Privacy Policy

45th Parallel Home Inspection is a home inspection company. 45th Parallel Home Inspection uses Glenda, a phone and website assistant operated by hiGlenda LLC, to answer its calls and inspection requests. This policy explains what 45th Parallel Home Inspection collects through Glenda, how it is used, and how text messages work.

When you call 45th Parallel Home Inspection, use its online booking form, or chat on its website, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the property address, and details about the inspection you are asking about.

Only to answer your inquiry: to give you a quote, hold an inspection time, send you what you asked for, and let 45th Parallel Home Inspection’s office follow up about your request. We never sell your information, and we never use it for advertising.

45th Parallel Home Inspection texts you only after you agree — on a call, by saying yes when you are offered a text; or on the online booking form, by ticking the text-message box. Exactly how is shown on our text messaging terms. Texts are about your inspection request only — never marketing.

How often: it depends on your request, usually 1–3 messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

hiGlenda LLC runs Glenda for 45th Parallel Home Inspection, and the companies that carry phone calls, text messages and email deliver them. They use your information only to provide that service to 45th Parallel Home Inspection, never for their own purposes.

Your information is stored in an access-controlled database. Only 45th Parallel Home Inspection’s office, and hiGlenda LLC to operate the service, can see it.

Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, contact 45th Parallel Home Inspection, or email support@higlenda.com.
