What you'll receive
45th Parallel Home Inspection sends text messages about an inspection request you made: a link to finish your booking request, a list of open inspection times, a sample inspection report, or a note that your request was received. Texts are never used for marketing.
How you agree to texts
45th Parallel Home Inspection texts you only after you agree, in one of two ways. Agreeing is never required to get a quote or to send a booking request.
1. On a phone call
45th Parallel Home Inspection’s phone assistant offers a text in these exact words — the cost and how to stop are said before the question. A text is sent only if the caller says yes, and only to the number they are calling from. The answer is saved with the request.
When a caller has an inspection time held

Caller: “Yes, please.”
When a caller wants to choose a time later
Assistant: “I can text you the next five available appointment times, along with the booking link, so you don't have to call back. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP any time. Privacy and terms are at higlenda.com/terms/45thparallel. Would you like me to do that for you?”
Caller: “Yes, please.”
When a caller asks to see a sample report
Assistant: “I can text you a sample report at the number you're calling from. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP any time. Privacy and terms are at higlenda.com/terms/45thparallel. Would you like me to do that for you?”
Caller: “Yes, please.”
2. On the online booking form
The form’s contact details step has this box. It is not ticked to begin with, and the request can be sent without ticking it. What the box said is saved with the request.
